- Meeting Dates and Times: Although meetings are generally held biweekly and are approximately 90 minutes in length, meeting dates and times may occasionally be changed or canceled in order to accommodate group preferences, special events, or holidays. Advance notice will be provided.
- Confidentiality: It is a condition that all MasterMind members agree to maintain the privacy of any personal and professional matters discussed within the group.
- Non-Competition: From time to time, specific information may be shared within the MasterMind. Any member with an interest in a property or transaction being discussed must immediately identify any potential conflict of interest.
- Facebook Group: Members agree to abide by any policies established to govern The Unfair Advantage MasterMind™ Private Facebook Group.
- Recordings: Live video conferences are recorded and will be provided upon request to MasterMind members only, for their exclusive use. Quality of recordings is not guaranteed, and any subsequent distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Live Retreat: Subject to any travel restrictions, a live retreat is held approximately annually. A refundable deposit may be required in order to ensure attendance. This event may be modified, postponed or cancelled if insufficient attendance is anticipated. Travel, accommodation, and meals are at the expense of the participant. With advance notice, guests may, on occasion, be invited to attend all or parts of a retreat.
- Recurring Billing: Initial payment is received upon registration. Recurring monthly billing begins following the member’s first two MasterMind meetings. Annual members will receive notification prior to any rebelling.
- Termination by Member: MasterMind membership may be terminated at any time by providing 14 days written notice.
- Termination by Facilitator: In order to guard the integrity of the MasterMind, the facilitator may, with sole discretion, terminate any member without compensation. Such termination is effective immediately upon notice.
